This hearty Tater Tot Casserole combines crispy golden tots, savory ground beef, creamy soup, and melted cheddar cheese for a comforting family dinner that’s simple, delicious, and budget-friendly.

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with diced onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until browned. Drain excess grease.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture with sour cream, cheddar cheese soup, cream of mushroom or chicken soup, corn, green beans, and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Stir well.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.
Bake for 50 minutes or until the tater tots are crispy and the casserole is bubbling.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until melted. Let rest a few minutes before serving.
